As the general contractor, we're proud to present the ongoing development of Bluebird Village, a workforce-housing project in downtown Ketchum. Comprising two buildings, this project features a range of unit types including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts spread across three floors. Alongside these residential spaces, the ground floors are dedicated to offices, two commercial areas, 45 parking spots, and 84 bicycle spaces. The implementation of a "local preference policy" is established through the City of Ketchum, ensuring that workers from the local community across various income levels benefit from this initiative.
