This home is a National Green Building Standard “Gold” home featuring above code insulation with walls rated at 25R and ceilings at 60R, 2.3 air changes per hour, a .29 u factor and low E Glazing, a 95% efficient boiler, 100% energy star appliances, 100% Low Flow Plumbing fixtures, 90% LED lighting, and 1.8 kw Solar PV. During construction, we utilized an onsite construction recycling program.
