Located in the heart of Ketchum, ID is the Warfield Distillery & Brewery. The project was a 16,841 sq. ft. expansion to the old restaurant housing a distillery. In addition, the expansion included additional bar and additional restaurant capacity with a mezzanine on the second floor. Construction included significant challenges and obstacles with such an immensely compact and difficult location: building on the busiest street corner in Ketchum with zero-lot line setbacks, excavating 17.5 feet below grade next to active businesses, public walkway and State highway on the West side, and a narrow alley with overhead power that served as the only construction access. Third Place Winner of Idaho Business Review Top Project 2022 for the private project category.
